This covers the diagnostic survey and the contact form on gridwerk.design. It is a plain description of what actually happens, not legal advice.
What we collect
From the diagnostic: your answers, your business name, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number. We also record how long the survey took, which page sent you, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to limit repeat submissions. We do not store the IP address itself.
From the contact form: whatever you type into it.
Why
To review your answers and to contact you about the rest of your diagnostic. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Gridwerk's partners. The answers are stored in our own database and copied to a private Google Sheet. Your answers reach us by email through our hosting provider. Contact-form messages pass through HubSpot. If you allow it, the site also uses Google Analytics to count visits (see Cookies, below).
Cookies
Google Analytics only runs if you choose "Allow analytics" in the banner. It then sets cookies that tell us which pages people visit, how they arrived and whether they took the diagnostic or sent the contact form. We use this to see which pages are useful. We don't use advertising cookies.
If you choose "No thanks", Google Analytics doesn't load and nothing is sent to Google. Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask again. You can change it at any time with Cookie settings, also at the bottom of every page.
The contact form is provided by HubSpot, which may set its own cookies when the form loads.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in touch with you, and until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email dhyresh@gridwerk.design to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will reply within a few days.
